Project description

The main goal of the project is to change the way the students are spending their breaks. At the moment students and teachers are not satisfied and both want to change it. The product is new/better organisation of school breaks so students could spend it on school playground or take part in different relaxing activities in niches on school corridors (reading corners, School DJ/school radio...).

The aim of the project is to find ways to change the organisation and implementation of school breaks wich would improve the  school’s climate. The aim of the project is to facilitate communication, socializing and relaxation among students, lower the stress and noise level on school corridors.

Project team

Nataša Taleski Gržinič (math teacher), Saša Brolih (biology teacher), Alenka Dolinar (teacher for children with special needs), Danijela Klemenčič (etics and slovene language teacher)

Beneficiaries

The main beneficiaries will be students but also teachers and other employees, so it would have beneficial effect on the whole school community.

Involvement

  • number of students involved in the project: all students (1st to 9th grade)
  • number of teachers involved in the project: 4 project team members and a large group of other teachers (the plan is in progress)
  • number of other stakeholders (e.g. parents, policy makers, etc) involved in the project: not known at the moment
